This is not a Fake Photo Montage: Moon photographed in front of the Earth
On the stunning images of the Moon, the Earth or other celestial bodies abound on the Internet and too often it is only vulgar Photoshop montages -or beautiful works of art. What some call fakes. The photo of the couple Earth-Moon taken July 16 and put on line Wednesday, as surprising as it may seem, is not one. Better: there are several, at least enough to make a beautiful gif.
Note for skeptics: the green residue that appears to the right of the Moon is caused by its movement. For a color image, NASA combines three pictures taken at 30 second intervals. Meanwhile, the Moon moves, what causes this small defect innocent.
Obviously, it takes a talented photographer to take such a cliché. Its author is the DSCOVR satellite
